Welcome to Phoebe’s Art Therapy practice, where she shares her love of healing through art & nature via group workshops, and 1:1 private sessions.
As someone who experienced many years of anxiety and depression, Phoebe became an advocate for mental health awareness, and has always found solace in creative activities.
After hosting many mixed media collage workshops, Phoebe saw how art brings people together, providing a space to create & learn through a mindful activity.
Studying a diploma in Holistic Integrated Creative Art Therapy at the Australian School of Holistic Counselling provided Phoebe further tools to understanding psychology of the human mind, and how creative expression aids the mind-body connection in order to heal physically, mentally & spiritually.
Phoebe’s approach to supporting clients is warm & gentle, providing a safe space for full expression where all of you is welcome. By sharing knowledge on how the mind works, and providing tools to reach your personal goals. It is Phoebe’s belief that this approach allows for self empowerment and finding the answers that are already within of us, aiding in maintaining a healthy & happy life.
Whether it be group workshops or private appointments, Phoebe’s sessions will always be held within a natural setting or featuring natural objects & materials. It is Phoebe’s desire to share her love of nature, not only as a form of inspiration to create, but to foster a better connection between people & nature for the purpose of healing both parties.
